Services Overview
Drive Right is a car buying advisory and negotiation service. We act on your behalf to research vehicles, negotiate with dealerships, and guide you through the car buying process. We are not a dealership, and we do not sell vehicles directly.
Service Scope
Our services include:
- Car Buying Consultant ($295): Personalized vehicle research report, shortlist with pros and cons, total cost of ownership analysis, and a 30-minute expert consultation.
- Full Service — Drive Right ($795): End-to-end car buying service including dealer negotiations, deal structuring, F&I guidance, and trade-in optimization.
- Full Service — Ultimate Concierge ($1,850): White-glove experience including expanded search across auctions and niche platforms, top-priority access, and door-to-door delivery coordination.
- Free 15-Minute Consultation: A complimentary discovery call to discuss your needs and determine if our services are the right fit.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle preferences and budget.
- Respond to communications in a timely manner to keep the process moving.
- Make your own final purchasing decisions. Drive Right provides advice and negotiation support, but the ultimate decision to purchase a vehicle rests with you.
No Guarantees
While we work diligently to secure the best possible deal, we cannot guarantee specific savings amounts, vehicle availability, or final pricing. Market conditions, dealer inventory, and other factors outside our control may affect outcomes.
Payment Terms
Service fees are due at the time of engagement unless otherwise agreed. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Pricing is subject to change, but any agreed-upon price at the time of engagement will be honored.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Drive Right and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Drive Right acts as an advisor and negotiator. We are not responsible for the condition of any vehicle purchased, manufacturer warranties, dealer commitments, or financing terms offered by third-party lenders. Our liability is limited to the amount of the service fee paid.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident choosing Drive Right. Here's how refunds work for each of our services:
Car Buying Consultant ($295)
Because this service involves custom research and a personalized report, it is non-refundable once the report has been delivered. If we have not yet begun work on your report, you may request a full refund.
Full Service — Drive Right ($795)
If you are unsatisfied with our service before a vehicle purchase is finalized, you may request a refund. Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of engagement:
- Before active negotiations begin: Full refund available.
- During active negotiations: Partial refund may be issued at our discretion, accounting for work already completed.
- After vehicle purchase is complete: No refund is available, as the service has been fully rendered.
Ultimate Concierge ($1,850)
The same refund terms as the Full Service tier apply. Given the premium nature of this service, we encourage clients to discuss expectations during the initial consultation to ensure alignment before engagement.
Free Consultation
The 15-minute discovery call is complimentary and carries no financial obligation.
Advisory Fee Credit
If you upgrade from the Car Buying Consultant tier to a Full Service tier, your $295 advisory fee is credited toward the full service price. This credit is non-refundable once applied.
How to Request a Refund
