Written offers, side by side

Compare two vehicle quotes.

A lower selling price is only one part of the offer. Bring the itemized quotes together, check the conditions, and keep unanswered questions visible.

Copy the amounts from each written quote.

  1. Use USD amounts. Leave missing figures blank; enter 0 only when the quote confirms no charge.
  2. Use the taxes and charges supplied for that particular offer. This worksheet does not estimate tax or eligibility.
  3. List each incentive separately and say whether it is already included in the selling price. Keep trade-in, down payment, financing interest, and loan payments out of these purchase-cost fields.

No name, VIN, contact information, or documents are needed. Entries stay in this tab and are not saved or submitted. Reloading clears them; use the download or print controls to keep your own copy.

Try an example

Both examples use invented vehicles and amounts, including taxes. They are not seller quotes, tax estimates, or customer stories.

Quote A

Written purchase costs · USD

Incentives

One row per rebate or conditional discount. Ordinary discounts already reflected in the selling price need no second subtraction.

Quote B

Written purchase costs · USD

Incentives

One row per rebate or conditional discount. Ordinary discounts already reflected in the selling price need no second subtraction.

Enter a non-negative amount such as 33500 or 33,500.25. Blank means unknown. Include each charge once.

Your comparison

Incentives with unconfirmed eligibility are shown only as scenarios. If an unconfirmed incentive is already in the selling price, the first scenario adds it back. Both scenarios hold other entered charges fixed. Request a revised itemized quote when terms change, and confirm that incentives can be combined and remain valid through purchase.

Ask for the missing details.

Send the seller the unresolved line items, request written answers, and check the final documents against the quote. A complete worksheet shows arithmetic from your inputs; it does not verify the quote, availability, contract, vehicle condition, or financing.
